Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with 5 to 10 years of experience to join our team as a Business Development Manager (BDM) in Home Loan/LAP Sales, located in Gurgaon/Delhi.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets.
Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
Analyze market trends and competitors to identify business opportunities.
Identify new business opportunities and expand existing customer relationships.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth.

Job Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in Home loan/LAP sales in the NCR region, preferably in DSA markets.
Strong knowledge of sales and marketing principles.
Excellent leadership and mentoring skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience working in a fast-paced environment and meeting sales targets.
