Key Responsibilities

• Leverage your existing network of vendors/clients/MSPs to bring

  immediate job opportunities

  .
• Submit and successfully place

  internal bench consultants

  in IT domains (Software Development, Cloud, DevOps, Cybersecurity, Data Science, etc.).
• Manage the

  entire sales cycle

  : from gathering requirements to final placements.
• Partner closely with internal recruiters to ensure quick turnaround times.
• Cultivate and expand relationships with current contacts to generate repeat business.
• Provide

  weekly activity reports

  covering submissions, interviews, and closures.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience

  in Bench Sales or BDM roles within

  IT contract staffing

  .
• Must have

  active client/vendor contacts

  providing

  live IT job requirements

  .
• Demonstrated success in

  placing bench consultants

  and generating revenue through

  existing relationships

  .
• Strong understanding of

  contract staffing

  ,

  rate negotiations

  , and

  VMS/MSP systems

  .
• Ability to

  start generating submittals and interviews within 1–2 weeks

  of joining.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and follow-up skills.

• Need time to build new client relationships from scratch.

  recent client/vendor engagement

  in the IT staffing domain.
• Are primarily focused on lead generation rather than

  closing bench deals
