ROLE- BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Identifying Opportunities:

* Research markets and industries to find potential clients or partners.

* Monitor trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

Client Acquisition:

* Generate leads through networking, cold calling, emailing, or attending events.

* Pitch services/products to new clients.

Relationship Management:

* Maintain long-term relationships with key partners and clients.

* Ensure client satisfaction and explore upselling opportunities.

Strategic Planning:

* Develop business growth strategies aligned with company goals.

* Create proposals and presentations for stakeholders.
