📢 Job Opportunity – Sales Team (Field Role) Designation: Business Development Officer / Senior Business Development Manager Industry: Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) Location: Pune & Pimpri-Chinchwad About the Role We are looking for dynamic and result-driven professionals to join our sales team. The role involves field sales, client relationship management, and promoting our Daily Deposit Schemes (DDS) and other financial products. Key Responsibilities Acquire new customers for the company’s DDS and other financial products. Conduct regular field visits for client meetings, lead generation, and follow-ups. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers. Identify local market opportunities to expand the customer base. Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Eligibility Criteria Qualification: Graduate / Post Graduate (preferably in Sales or Marketing). Experience: Freshers welcome; experienced candidates will be considered for senior roles. Skills: Strong customer handling ability, good communication skills, and a proactive attitude. Other Requirements Must own a two-wheeler and a valid driving license. Willingness to work in a daily field sales environment. Salary & Benefits Salary: Starting from ₹15,000/month (negotiable based on experience & performance).
