Job Description

As a Retail Expansion Manager at Qurbat Apparels Private Limited, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end process of launching new retail stores across India. Your key responsibilities include identifying and evaluating potential locations, negotiating commercial terms, coordinating with legal and operations teams, maintaining a pipeline of expansion opportunities, tracking store performance, and preparing business development reports. To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 4 years of experience in retail expansion or business development, with a focus on store opening roles across India. You should possess strong knowledge of retail leasing, real estate negotiations, and location analysis. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills are essential, along with a willingness to travel frequently across cities for site visits and negotiations. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field, with an MBA/PGDM being preferred. This is a full-time position requiring proficiency in English and will be based in Gurgaon with Pan-India travel.,
