Job Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive. As a Business Development Executive, your main responsibilities will include new business development, lead generation, and account management. Your daily tasks will involve developing and maintaining relationships with clients, devising strategies for new business opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure efficient service delivery and customer satisfaction. To excel in this role, you should possess skills in new business development and lead generation. A strong business acumen is essential to understand market trends and competition. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to effectively engage with clients. You should also have account management skills and experience in building and maintaining client relationships. The ability to work independently and as a team player is crucial for success in this position. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field. Prior experience in the Fintech industry would be preferred but not mandatory. This role is full-time with a day shift from Monday to Friday. In addition to the base salary, there is a quarterly bonus incentive offered.
