Job Description:

We are seeking dynamic and self-driven individuals to join our growing real estate sales team at Honeyy Group. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting prospects into clients, and assisting them in finding the right property options.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and meet potential clients through cold calling, telecalling, referrals, and walk-ins.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties.
• Conduct site visits and explain project details clearly.
• Follow up with leads and maintain client relationships.
• Negotiate deals and close sales to meet monthly targets.
• Coordinate with legal and loan departments for documentation and home loan processing.
• Maintain and update the CRM database regularly.
• Represent the company professionally at all times.

Eligibility Criteria:

• 12th Pass / Any Graduate (Freshers & Experienced candidates welcome)
• Male or Female candidates
• Candidates from Sales, Telecalling, Insurance, Banking, Automobile, Education, or Field Marketing are preferred.
• Own two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred (for site visits)
• Basic knowledge of real estate or willingness to learn
• Should be confident, result-oriented, and a good communicator
• Fluent in Telugu & basic English
