Role Description:


Business Development Manager


Commission-Based Role for the First 6 Months


  • Earn

    8% – 10% commission per successful project

  • After 6 months of consistent performance, move to a fixed salary + incentive model


Key Responsibilities:


  • Source and identify quality leads on

    Upwork

  • Write and submit compelling project proposals

  • Build strong rapport with clients and close deals

  • Coordinate with our internal teams to align project scope and delivery

  • Track proposal submissions and conversion status


Qualifications:


  • Prior experience working on

    Upwork

    or similar freelance platforms (mandatory)
  • Excellent written and verbal

    English communication skills

  • Ability to understand client needs and translate them into winning proposals

  • Target-oriented mindset with a proven ability to meet sales goals

  • Familiarity with IT services like app development, AI tools, web development, etc. (preferred)

  • Self-motivated, organized, and consistent


Job Type:


  • Remote | Commission-based for first 6 months | Fixed salary + incentives after probation
