Role Description: We are seeking a Business Development Manager to join our remote team. Your key responsibility is to generate and close project leads via Upwork , ensuring monthly conversion of a minimum of 2 projects. 📌 Commission-Based Role for the First 6 Months : Earn 8% – 10% commission per successful project After 6 months of consistent performance, move to a fixed salary + incentive model Key Responsibilities: Source and identify quality leads on Upwork Write and submit compelling project proposals Build strong rapport with clients and close deals Coordinate with our internal teams to align project scope and delivery Track proposal submissions and conversion status Qualifications: Prior experience working on Upwork or similar freelance platforms (mandatory) Excellent written and verbal English communication skills Ability to understand client needs and translate them into winning proposals Target-oriented mindset with a proven ability to meet sales goals Familiarity with IT services like app development, AI tools, web development, etc. (preferred) Self-motivated, organized, and consistent Job Type: Remote | Commission-based for first 6 months | Fixed salary + incentives after probation
