Key Responsibilities: New Client Acquisition: Identify and develop new business opportunities with retailers, wholesalers, and international buyers in the diamond industry. Relationship Management: Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to increase revenue and market share. Market Research: Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities. International Trade Coordination: Handle export documentation, client communication, and trade fair participation, especially for B2B clients overseas. Product Knowledge: Maintain deep knowledge of diamond grading (4Cs), certification (GIA, IGI), and product trends. CRM & Reporting: Use CRM software to manage leads and client communications, and prepare periodic sales reports for senior management. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the design, production, and logistics teams to meet client expectations and timelines. Key Skills: Strong network in the diamond/jewelry sector (domestic or international) Excellent communication and negotiation skills Sales-driven and target-oriented Understanding of diamond grading, certification, and export procedures Familiarity with industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: Up to ₹1,500,000.00 per year Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Experience: diamond BD: 2 years (Required) Language: English (Required) Work Location: In person
