We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to drive channel sales for our high-rise residential projects in Lucknow. This role involves building and nurturing a robust network of channel partners to achieve significant sales targets and strengthen our market leadership in the high-rise segment.

Business Development Manager - Channel Sales & Direct Sales (High-Rise Residential)

Experience: 5-10 Years

  • Channel Network Growth: Onboard and manage real estate brokers, agencies, and wealth managers specializing in Lucknow's high-rise property market.
  • Target Achievement: Exceed sales targets for high-rise residential units via channel partners.
  • Product Expertise: Train partners on high-rise project USPs, amenities, floor plans, and vertical living advantages.
  • Market Intelligence: Analyze Lucknow's high-rise market trends, competition, and opportunities.
  • Partner Enablement: Provide sales tools, marketing collateral, and continuous support to partners.
  • Compliance: Ensure partner adherence to company policies and RERA regulations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
