Job Description

As a Business Development Manager at CollegeDekho, your role involves driving new customer acquisition across the assigned territory by onboarding new Colleges, Universities, and Educational Institutions. You will network with key decision-makers and execute MOUs for partnerships to establish and enhance the company's presence in target markets. Your responsibilities also include implementing promotional and marketing strategies to support institutional engagement, managing B2B sales, key accounts, relationship management, and revenue collections. Maintaining strong relationships with partners through regular meetings, calls, and follow-ups is crucial to your success in achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales & collection targets. Key Responsibilities: - Drive new customer acquisition by onboarding colleges, universities, and educational institutions - Network with key decision-makers and execute MOUs for partnerships - Implement promotional and marketing strategies for institutional engagement - Manage B2B sales, key accounts, relationship management, and revenue collections - Maintain strong relationships with partners through regular meetings, calls, and follow-ups - Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales & collection targets Qualification Required: - Graduation is mandatory - 4-10 years of experience in Business Development / Institutional Sales - Strong communication skills and a professional personality - Demonstrated experience in new client acquisition and revenue-driven roles - Ability to manage senior stakeholder relationships About CollegeDekho: Founded in 2016, CollegeDekho is India's leading student guidance and counselling ecosystem.
