About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our team and drive growth in Audio Visual, IT, and Smart Technology projects. The ideal candidate will have proven B2B sales experience and a strong understanding of AV solutions like PA systems, video walls, meeting rooms and control systems.
Key Responsibilities
🔹Identify and develop new business opportunities in AV, IT, and smart technology domains.
🔹Manage the complete sales cycle – from lead generation to deal closure.
🔹Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, consultants, and system integrators.
🔹Prepare proposals, presentations, and RFP responses for clients.
🔹Collaborate with technical and project teams to ensure smooth execution.
🔹Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
✔️ 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in AV, IT, or smart technology projects
✔️ Strong understanding of audio-visual systems (PA systems, video walls, control systems, etc.)
✔️ Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
✔️ Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
✔️ Self-motivated with a hunter mindset and passion for technology
