Position Business Development Manager (Construction Chemicals)
Location: Bhubaneswar /Delhi /Pune
Function/Department: Construction Chemicals
About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive growth in our Construction Chemicals division. The role involves engaging with waterproofing & tiling contractors, applicators, and architects to ensure sales growth through strong business development, loyalty programs, and market development activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle and develop contractor, applicator & architect relationships for business growth
Implement field marketing & market development activities as per HO plan
Drive loyalty programs (TRU Heroes, Applicators) to build a strong expert network
Engage architects to strengthen relationships and support specifications
Gather & share timely competitor insights
Support, train & guide sales officers/territory managers for market development success
Job Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline (Civil Diploma/BE preferred)
5–7 years’ experience in Construction Chemicals, Building Materials (Waterproofing preferred), Paints, FMCG
Strong in business development, market development, sales & channel management
Excellent communication, problem-solving & people management skills
