You are a dynamic and driven Business Development Manager at Instanodes, responsible for leading client acquisition, relationship building, and business expansion. Your role involves spearheading B2B sales and growth initiatives focused on Web3 technology offerings. You will drive strategic sales in regions like the USA and UAE, primarily targeting enterprise clients and large-scale product needs. Building long-term relationships with clients, key decision makers, and strategic partners is crucial to foster trust and recurring business. Actively engaging in Web3 community spaces is essential to create new business pipelines. Collaborating closely with the tech team, you will align product offerings with blockchain solutions. Identifying and converting high-value Web3 sales leads, with a focus on infrastructure sales, is key. Your contribution to marketing and growth strategy will leverage market trends and emerging technologies. Handling presales, proposals, and documentation with attention to client-specific customization is part of your responsibilities. Conducting competitive research and industry analysis will support strategic expansion planning. Maintaining strong follow-up discipline with leads to ensure high conversion and retention rates is essential. Optionally, you may manage and guide a sales or growth team, focusing on performance and accountability. Qualifications Required: - 4-8 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in Web3, blockchain infrastructure, or SaaS. - Excellent communication and networking skills with a results-driven approach. - Proactive mindset with the ability to generate leads through a strong hold in Web3 community, calls, and outreach. - Good understanding of blockchain architecture and trends. - Prior experience in Web3 product expansion or contributing from 0 to 1 growth phases is highly preferred. - Ability to analyze trends and suggest go-to-market strategies. - Fair technical understanding of Web3 and ability to explain technical solutions to clients. - Familiarity with backend infrastructure patterns (e.g., Node-based environments) is a plus to understand integration flows and solution architecture. - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth tech environment. Nice to Have: - Presales and proposal documentation experience. - Experience selling to or through Web3 ecosystems. - A personal network in the crypto, blockchain, or Web3 sales space. - Hands-on experience with infrastructure tooling and integrations.,
