AmpereHour Energy is growing fast and we're looking for a passionate, self-driven, and hungry Business Development Manager to lead our efforts in North India.
This role isn't just another sales position. It's for someone who wants to own the geography, build relationships with top developers, utilities, and EPCs, and drive closures in one of the most exciting segments of the clean energy transition Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS)

What we're looking for:
Engineering background with experience in the power/energy sector
Excellent communication and client engagement skills
High energy, go-getter attitude, and ability to drive business independently
Comfort with tech tools (CRM, Excel, PowerPoint and curiosity for AI-driven tools)
Passion for learning and scaling in the fast-evolving BESS ecosystem
