Job Description

Job Title: Business Development Manager RPO (International Sales) We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to lead international sales for our Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) solutions. The ideal candidate has a strong background in B2B consultative sales , a deep understanding of RPO models , and proven success in closing global deals across North America, EMEA, APAC, or LATAM . Key Responsibilities: Drive new international business for RPO services Lead end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting to closure Build relationships with C-level and TA leaders globally Collaborate internally to design client-focused solutions Represent the company at global HR events Maintain CRM and track sales pipeline Stay updated on global TA trends and competitors Qualifications: Bachelors in Business/Marketing/HR; MBA preferred 5+ years of international RPO/staffing sales experience Proven success in large, global RPO deal closures Strong knowledge of RPO models, pricing, and compliance Excellent communication and cross-cultural negotiation skills
