Job Description

Key responsibilities:

Build and maintain relationships with

GPs and external doctors

to drive referrals
Conduct

daily field

visits and weekly engagement follow-ups
Ensure

brand presence

through local events, awareness drives, and CMEs
Track and report referral flow, doctor engagement quality, and conversion metrics
Collaborate with

marketing and operations

to optimise referral-to-surgery funnel

Performance targets:

Weekly and monthly

referral count targets

Doctor visit

frequency

and relationship

quality

benchmarks
Referral-to-conversion rate tracking
Participation in

local events

and engagement campaigns

Requirements:

Strong

interpersonal

and

relationship

-building skills
1-5 years of experience in

field sales or hospital marketing

preferred
Background in pharma, diagnostics, or hospital

referral roles

is ideal
Comfortable with local travel and fieldwork;

two-wheeler preferred

Goal-driven

with strong reporting discipline
