Business Development Manager (1–2 years of experience)

Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of experience in business development, with strong skills in fixing meetings, preparing proposals, creating presentation decks, and conducting effective cold calling. This role requires excellent communication abilities and a proactive attitude toward building client relationships in the digital marketing domain.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential clients and reach out via cold calls, emails, and professional networks to introduce company services.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings with prospective clients to understand their requirements.
• Prepare customized proposals, pitch documents, and presentation decks tailored to client needs.
• Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and convert opportunities into business.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions, proposals, and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for lead generation and conversion.
• Support senior team members in achieving business development targets and preparing sales reports.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in business development, sales support, or client servicing (digital marketing industry experience preferred).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability and confidence in cold calling to generate leads.
• Ability to prepare professional proposals and visually compelling presentations.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Confident, self-motivated, and able to handle client interactions independently.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM tools.
