Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to help drive company growth by identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and increasing revenue. You will be responsible for managing both inbound and outbound sales activities, developing strategies to generate leads, and maintaining excellent client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Conduct meetings and presentations to pitch products/services to potential clients.
Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align business strategies.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to inform strategy.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Negotiate and close deals to drive revenue growth.
Maintain a deep understanding of the company’s offerings and competitive positioning.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus).
Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to travel as needed.
