Job Description


Job Summary:

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for creating growth strategies, managing

client relationships, and driving business expansion through new client acquisition and partner

engagement. The ideal candidate will also manage and lead a team of sales executives, providing

guidance, setting performance goals, and ensuring consistent achievement of team targets.

Key Responsibilities:

● Identify and pursue new business opportunities across domestic and international markets.

● Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.

● Lead, coach, and mentor the sales team to ensure performance, productivity, and goal

alignment.

● Oversee the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.

● Coordinate with marketing, pre-sales, and technical teams to develop tailored cybersecurity

solutions for clients.

● Establish and manage partnerships with B2B resellers, distributors, and key stakeholders.

● Monitor team KPIs, forecast sales performance, and provide regular reports to senior

leadership.

● Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor strategies, and market developments.

● Represent the company at client meetings, conferences, and industry events.

● Foster a high-performance culture focused on collaboration, innovation, and accountability.

Qualifications & Skills:

● Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.

● Experience: 7+ years of experience in B2B business development or sales, with at least 3+

years in a team leadership or managerial role.

● Sales Leadership: Proven experience in leading sales teams and driving performance.

● Technical Acumen: Good understanding of cybersecurity services (e.g., firewall, endpoint

security, VAPT, SIEM).

● CRM & Tools: Proficiency in CRM platforms (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce) and tools like

LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, Apollo, etc.

● Communication: Strong written and verbal communication in English; additional languages

are a plus.

● Result-Oriented: Demonstrated track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
