Business Development Associate – IT Services

Location: Infopark, Kochi (Onsite)

Experience: 2–3 years (preferably in IT Services / Staffing / Outsourcing Sales)

About the Role:

Business Development Associate

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and identify potential clients in the IT and non-IT sectors.
• Generate high-quality leads through online research, cold calling, LinkedIn, and email campaigns.
• Initiate and maintain communication with prospects to understand their resource requirements.
• Coordinate with the sales and delivery teams to align client needs with suitable developer profiles.
• Maintain accurate lead and communication records in CRM tools.
• Support in scheduling meetings and follow-ups with prospective clients.
• Contribute to building and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2–3 years of experience in

  lead generation, inside sales, or business development

  (preferably in IT services or staffing).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to conduct effective client research and identify key decision-makers.
• Experience using

  CRM tools, Sales tools and email automation platforms

  .
• Goal-oriented attitude with strong initiative and persistence.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
