Job Overview:

This is a client-facing role that involves scheduling and attending in-person meetings across the Delhi NCR region. The role also includes participation in relevant industry events and conferences as required.

The Client Relationship Manager / Business Development Lead will be responsible for generating new leads, building strong client relationships, and ensuring high levels of client retention. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in corporate communication and proven experience in handling both virtual and face-to-face business meetings.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
  • Proactively reaching out to potential clients, partners, or customers through cold calling, networking, email campaigns, social media, etc. to generate the leads.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
  • Facilitate effective communication between clients and internal teams.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, reports, and proposals to clients.
  • Schedule, organize, and lead client meetings, including virtual and in person meetings.
  • Collaborate with clients to discuss project updates, deliverables, and strategies.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure successful project execution and delivery.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continually improve client interactions.

Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
