Business Development - LCL Consolidation Sales

Magik is a tech-enabled freight and neutral NVOCC player offering comprehensive end-to-end logistics solutions. Our services span across LCL/FCL/AIR/3PL, catering to freight forwarders, CHAs, and BCOs. As a part of Radar Ventures Private Limited, we are a new-age digital international freight & neutral NVOCC enterprise. As a Sales Executive at Magik, your primary responsibility will be to build and nurture relationships with potential and existing clients. You will need to have a deep understanding of client needs and recommend the most efficient and cost-effective solutions to meet their requirements. Achieving and exceeding sales targets across various product segments including FCL (Full Container Load) sales, LCL consolidation, Air freight, Breakbulk, and project cargo will be essential. Additionally, you will be involved in preparing quotations and proposals, negotiating contracts, and closing deals, while also contributing to the development and implementation of sales strategies. We are seeking individuals with a proven track record of success in sales, preferably within the logistics industry. A strong understanding of FCL, LCL, air freight, breakbulk, and project cargo is crucial for this role. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills are also highly valued, along with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients. A strong work ethic and a drive to succeed are qualities that we look for in potential candidates.,
