Business Development (Investment Focus)-Tourism

We are seeking a results-driven and proactive Business Development (Investment Focus) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, acquiring, and managing business clients. This role involves building long-term relationships, understanding client needs, and providing tailored solutions to drive growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new B2B leads through market research, networking, and cold outreach
• Pitch and present products or services to business clients in a professional manner
• Understand client requirements and offer solutions aligned with their business goals
• Manage end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, negotiation, closing, and onboarding
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and maintain CRM records
• Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
• Attend industry events, conferences, and exhibitions to network and promote offerings

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus)
• 1+ years of B2B sales experience preferred (freshers with strong skills can apply)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills
• Ability to understand client needs and provide consultative solutions
• Proficient in using CRM tools, MS Office, and other sales technologies
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently

· Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month + Incentives

· Working Days: Monday To Saturday

· Working Hours: 09.30 Am to 06.30 Pm
