🚀 Business Development Internship (Marketing, Sales, & Operations)

Location: Remote

Duration: 5–6 Months

Stipend: ₹10,000–₹15,000/month

Start Date: Immediate

Role Overview

As a Business Development Intern, you’ll play a critical cross-functional role at Formulo. This opportunity is perfect for someone who thrives in a startup environment, communicates effectively, and enjoys working across sales, operations, and marketing. You’ll help us grow our customer base, improve internal workflows, and strengthen our digital presence.

Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Success

  • Engage with new leads via WhatsApp, phone, and email—converting them into customers
  • Follow up with existing patients to monitor treatment progress and satisfaction
  • Update and track all interactions in our CRM system

Operations & Coordination

  • Act as a bridge between Dermatology, Fulfillment, and Customer Support teams
  • Ensure smooth communication between marketing, product, and service teams
  • Assist with task follow-ups and project tracking

Marketing & Research

  • Research skincare and dermatology topics to support SEO article creation
  • Identify trending topics and provide content ideas
  • Coordinate with content writers, designers, and SEO consultants
Requirements

Must-Haves:

  • Excellent verbal and written English skills
  • Bachelor’s degree (completed or in final year)
  • Strong ownership and self-driven work ethic
  • Comfortable handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience using ZOHO CRM or similar tools
  • Understanding of on-page/off-page SEO and keyword research
  • Prior internship/experience in startups, healthcare, or marketing
