Job Description

As a Business Development professional at our company, you will be responsible for driving revenue through the discovery, prospecting, and creation of new business opportunities. Your role will involve working closely with the Inside Sales and Delivery teams to develop and expand relationships with new customers, with a focus on key account management. You will need to develop and execute sales strategies and plans to achieve sales targets, as well as maintain a healthy customer pipeline of Enterprises. Identifying new business opportunities, following up on defined leads, and managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closure will be key aspects of your role. Building and maintaining strong customer relationships, effectively communicating the value proposition of our products, and conducting presentations, meetings, and demos with potential clients are also crucial responsibilities. You will be expected to negotiate, structure, and close deals that meet customer expectations while ensuring the company's ability to deliver. Additionally, you will need to manage forecasts accurately, deliver against revenue targets, and engage in account-based planning for key potential clients. Regular updates to leadership on business forecasts and the preparation and review of account plans will also be part of your role. To succeed in this position, you should have experience in executing B2B enterprise sales and a proven track record of enterprise solution sales. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in both English and Hindi are essential. Experience in working in a startup environment is preferred, as is the ability to drive the sales process from planning to close. Networking, relationship-building abilities, critical business thinking, high energy, and familiarity with sales management tools and CRM systems are also important skills for this role.
