Role Description:

This is a Remote role for a Business Development Intern. The intern will support business development activities, including conducting market research, identifying potential leads, and generating new business opportunities. Additional responsibilities include gathering and analyzing customer insights, assisting in the creation of proposals, and collaborating with team members to deliver client-focused solutions. The position offers unique opportunities to contribute to meaningful projects and gain experience in a professional, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Project Search: Identify and research potential projects for Blackmont Consulting.
• Market Understanding: Develop a deep understanding of Blackmont Consulting's capabilities and offerings.
• Client Interaction: Engage with potential clients, understand their needs, and close deals to bring impactful projects to Blackmont.
• Presentation Preparation: Prepare compelling presentations to showcase Blackmont Consulting's capabilities and value proposition.
• Organizational Analysis: Analyze potential client organizations to assess compatibility and strategic fit.

Requirements:

• Currently taking a Bachelor's or Master's, or be a recent graduate.
• Strong analytical and research skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to deal sourcing and project identification.
• Familiarity with the consulting industry and market trends.
