Your Responsibilities:

• Promote Baoiam's upskilling programs in your college and student networks
• Generate awareness through personal outreach, social media, and WhatsApp campaigns
• Drive enrollments by sharing unique referral links and handling basic follow-up
• Coordinate with our team for support, materials, and lead management
• Report weekly performance and suggest new outreach strategies

• You will receive a

  ₹10,000/month performance stipend

• You will be eligible for a

  full-time package of ₹4–5 LPA
