Business Development Intern

The Internship Position, Duties, and Responsibilities:

The Intern shall work as Business Development Intern. The Intern is responsible for the following duties and/or tasks

1. Represent the company at networking events, trade shows, exhibitions, and institutional visits across Bangalore to promote services, generate leads, and build relationships with potential clients or partners.
2. Act as a point of contact for interested leadshandling communication, scheduling meetings, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and project execution.
3. Promote the Study in Japan program by visiting schools and colleges, conducting info sessions, and supporting student recruitment through personalized outreach and institutional engagement.
4. Manage qualified leads using CRM tools, support social media or campaign activities, and assist in creating marketing materials, digital content, and small-scale events that drive brand visibility and conversions.
5. Conduct market research, track competitor activities, suggest process improvements, maintain outreach calendars and documentation, and submit concise weekly progress reports with actionable insights.

Eligibility details:

Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s program

Bachelor’s in in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus

MBA students and graduates are also encouraged to apply.
