Role Snapshot

Work directly with the founding team

Handle lead generation, investor outreach, and BD campaigns

Get hands-on with everything that moves the needle

Commitment

10–15 hours/week (smart work > long hours)

Pay

₹2,000/month (base)

Incentives: ₹1,000 per qualified investor lead + 2% of portfolio onboarded

Bonus: Close ₹5L+ in AUM in a month? You earn an extra ₹5,000 that month

Top performers may get the chance to lead the BD team in the future
