• Call potential customers and explain our products/services.
• Maintain a list of leads and follow up regularly.
• Understand customer needs and suggest the right solutions.
• Keep records of calls, feedback, and sales.
• Work with the team to achieve monthly targets.

• Excellent verbal communication in English/Hindi and a confident phone presence.
• Ability to cold call and handle objections professionally.
• Basic knowledge of CRM/spreadsheets (Google Sheets/Excel) to track leads and follow-ups.
• Strong listening skills, problem solving and consultative selling approach.
• Laptop/phone with stable internet and quiet environment for calls.
• Bonus: Prior internship/experience in sales, BD, or customer support.

• Hands-on experience in client acquisition and relationship management.
