Job Description

We are seeking motivated and confident Telecallers to join our growing team. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for connecting with customers over the phone to promote our products/services, handle queries, generate leads, and drive engagement.

Roles and Responsibilities

Telecaller Intern:

Make outbound calls to potential customers under supervision.

Support senior executives in maintaining call records and daily reports.

Learn CRM tools and call scripts for effective communication.

Assist in follow-ups and customer query resolution.

Maintain a high level of professionalism during calls.

Telecaller Executive:

Handle outbound and inbound calls to generate sales or leads.

Understand customer requirements and pitch appropriate solutions.

Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets as assigned.

Maintain and update customer databases.

Handle objections and escalate issues when necessary.

Provide feedback to improve the calling process and customer scripts.

Requirements:

For Interns:

Pursuing or recently completed graduation (any stream).

Good verbal communication skills (Hindi/English/local language).

Basic knowledge of MS Office & Google Sheets.

Willingness to learn and adapt quickly.

For Executives:

Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in telecalling or sales.

Proven track record of meeting/exceeding targets.

Strong communication and persuasion skills.

Ability to multitask and work independently.

Skills:

Prior experience in tele-sales, BPO, or customer support.

Fluency in multiple regional languages is a plus.

Familiarity with CRM tools.
