Key Responsibilities: Engage with international clients via email and calls to understand their requirements. Generate leads, follow up on prospects, and convert them into opportunities. Draft compelling business proposals and maintain client communication. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver client expectations effectively. Maintain detailed records of all interactions and progress using CRM tools. Requirements: Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) in English. Confident in handling international clients and building professional relationships. Willing to work in UK shift (2:00 PM – 11:00 PM IST). Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
