Business Development Intern

Role Overview: As a Business Development Intern based in Gurgaon, Haryana, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment, growth marketing, and tech-enabled business innovation. Your role will be crucial in supporting the team to drive growth, enhance operations, and empower the freelance recruiter network. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in the onboarding process of freelance recruiters - Ensure a seamless induction experience for new recruits - Resolve queries and facilitate communication to enhance freelancer engagement - Coordinate recruitment activities and track freelancer submissions - Propose process improvements for operational efficiency - Utilize AI tools to create training materials and internal content - Align freelancers with strategic goals and productivity benchmarks Qualifications Required: - Hold a Bachelor's degree (BBA preferred) or be a final-year student with no exams scheduled in the next 3 months - Strong interest in business development, recruitment, or marketing - Prior internship experience or a minimum of 6 months in sales/business development (preferred but not mandatory) - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Working knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, CRM tools, and Notion - Basic understanding of marketing concepts such as targeting, value proposition, and positioning - Clarity in thought, ability to simplify ideas, and a tech-savvy approach with a proactive and curious mindset Additional Details: As a Business Development Intern, you will have the opportunity to earn a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) based on your performance, gain exposure to real-time recruitment operations and growth projects, receive mentorship from experienced professionals, and engage in hands-on learning within India's emerging freelance recruitment ecosystem.
