As a Business Development professional focusing on Education in Rural Markets in Andhra Pradesh, you will play a crucial role in expanding our school partnerships. Your primary responsibilities will include identifying and onboarding partner schools in rural areas, leading marketing and enrollment campaigns, building strong relationships with school leaders and community stakeholders, monitoring market trends and competitor activity, as well as collaborating with internal teams to ensure alignment in academic delivery. To excel in this position, you should hold an MBA with at least 2 years of experience, preferably in B2B sales. Proficiency in Telugu along with Hindi and English is essential. The role requires extensive travel, so willingness to be on the move is a must. A genuine passion for education and rural development will be a driving force in your success.
