Job Title

HR Services Business Development Freelancer (open to beginners and experienced candidates with a strong flair for Business Development)

What You’ll Do

• Find and approach new clients who need HR services (recruitment, training, payroll, HR audits, HR advisory and legal services, etc.)

• Explain what HR services our company offers, and convince potential clients to partner with us

• Build relationships with companies / decision makers who might need HR help

• Work on a commission basis. Here you earn a percentage of the revenue based on the client you bring in

• Track your leads, follow up, close deals, and help with contract setup

What We Expect

• Good communication skills (talking to clients, explaining services clearly)

• Basic knowledge of HR services (recruitment, training, payroll, HR advisory and legal services etc.)

• Motivated, self starter attitude. You manage your own work & leads

• Ability to negotiate and close deals

• Honest, reliable, and professional behavior
