Job Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team in Trivandrum. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Duties

• Identify and approach potential clients to generate new business leads

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships

• Understand client requirements and provide suitable service proposals

• Work closely with the operations and marketing teams to ensure client satisfaction

• Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth

• Maintain records of sales, revenue, and customer activity

• Prepare reports and presentations for managementSkills

Requirements:

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or a related field

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Proven ability to meet or exceed targets

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools

• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach

• Fluency in English and Malayalam
