TOUR EXECUTVE

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Tour Executive to join our team in Trivandrum. The ideal candidate will have a passion for travel, excellent communication skills, and prior experience handling domestic and international tour packages.

Duties

• Design and customize travel itineraries based on client preferences and budget

• Handle bookings for flights, hotels, tours, and transfers

• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for seamless service delivery

• Provide expert guidance to customers regarding destinations, visas, and travel requirements

• Manage tour operations from inquiry to execution

• Maintain records and generate reports related to sales and operations

• Handle client queries promptly and professionally

Requirements:

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Tour Executive or in a similar role

• Proficient in MS Office and basic travel booking software

• Strong knowledge of domestic and international destinations

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to multitask and work under pressure

• Fluency in English and Malayalam (Hindi is a plus)
