About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Business Development Executive (Fresher) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner, possess excellent communication skills, and have a strong desire to build a career in IT sales and business development.

You will be trained and mentored by industry professionals and get the opportunity to work with global clients, contribute to real-time business strategies, and grow into a future leader.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand our IT services and identify potential leads through various online and offline channels.
• Reach out to prospects via email, LinkedIn, and other platforms to initiate business conversations.
• Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and quotations for potential clients.
• Follow up on leads and convert them into opportunities.
• Schedule meetings and coordinate with internal technical teams for demos and discussions.
• Maintain and update client databases and CRM systems regularly.
• Research market trends and competitor offerings to identify new business opportunities.
• Learn and assist in bidding on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, etc. (optional training will be provided).

Key Skills Required:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills
• Good understanding of IT services and software solutions (basic level)
• Confident, self-driven, and goal-oriented
• Quick learner with a passion for sales and client interaction
• Good analytical and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
