About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team in Calicut. The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of experience in business development, with a strong background in field sales. This role requires excellent communication skills in English and the ability to handle both B2B and B2C clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits and client meetings.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B and B2C customers.
• Promote company services to prospective clients.
• Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations.
• Meet and exceed sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.
• Maintain a database of leads and follow up consistently.
• Report market trends and customer feedback to the management team.

Requirements:

• Any degree.
• 1–2 years of experience in business development or sales (preferably field sales).
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively as part of the job.
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
• Knowledge of local market trends in Calicut is a plus.
