As a Business Development Executive, you will get an opportunity to learn and experience the International sales and working environment of different countries. Role and Responsibilities: Handle customers' inbound and outbound calls. Answer their queries professionally and provide information about our services. Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, details of inquiries, complaints, comments and actions taken upon the clients requests. Accelerating company growth by sourcing new clients. Keeping a close eye on clients feedback. Suggesting any upgrades that may interest potential clients. Required Skills: Strong communications skills. Strong Interpersonal skills.
