Job Description

Client Engagement-

Conduct meetings and presentations to showcase Zimyo's product offerings and value proposition
Understand client needs and propose customized solutions
Follow up with prospects to nurture relationships and close deals

Sales Strategy-

Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns for lead generation
Develop sales plans and forecasts to achieve and exceed revenue targets

Market Research Insights:

Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and customer preferences
Provide feedback to the product team for continuous improvement of offerings

Reporting Analysis

Maintain accurate records of sales activities and results in the CRM system
Prepare regular reports on performance metrics and provide actionable insights

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus
05 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably in SaaS or HR tech
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building client relationships
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite
Familiarity with HR software solutions is an advantage
