Business Development Executive

The role requires regular field visits to interact directly with customers, collect feedback, explain basic product or service information, and submit survey reports to the office in a timely manner. Job Description : • Assist the marketing team in daily office and field-related activities • Conduct ground-level marketing activities including door-to-door visits and on-site promotions • Perform field surveys, collect customer data, feedback, and basic market information • Handle basic delivery tasks and office errands as assigned by the team • Interact directly with customers, explain basic product or service details, and answer general queries • Submit daily or weekly survey reports, feedback forms, and field updates to the office • Support senior staff and follow instructions related to marketing and operational work • Coordinate with the office team to ensure smooth execution of marketing campaigns • Maintain discipline, punctuality, and professionalism during field and office work • Travel within the assigned area for marketing, survey, and delivery-related responsibilities This position is ideal for MBA Marketing students, marketing graduates, or freshers who are interested in learning practical, on-ground marketing and customer engagement. Ability to learn marketing processes and follow instructions. Candidates should be comfortable with field work, have good communication skills in local language and basic English, and be willing to travel within the assigned area. Prior experience in field marketing is an advantage but not mandatory, as freshers are welcome.
