Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive located in New Delhi. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, managing client accounts, and communicating effectively with potential and existing clients. The role will also include developing strategies to drive business growth and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

• New Business Development and Lead Generation skills
• Experience in Business and Account Management
• Strong Communication skills
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
• Ability to work independently and proactively
• Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities
• Pitch products/services to B2B and B2C customers.
• Explain company products/services to potential customers
• Build and nurture client relationships
• Manage key accounts and ensure client satisfaction
• Handle basic customer queries and forward complex ones to seniors
• Follow up regularly with interested leads to push for conversion
• Work towards achieving daily/weekly sales or lead targets
