Job Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and generate new business opportunities with hotels, management companies, and hospitality groups in the US market.
• Conduct outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to build a strong sales pipeline.
• Understand hotel technology needs and present Cyber Hospitality’s services with clarity and a value proposition.
• Schedule demos, product walkthroughs, and meetings with decision-makers.
• Maintain records entries, track leads, follow-up regularly, and close deals.
• Collaborate with marketing, technical teams, and leadership to support client acquisition efforts.
• Build long-term relationships with hotel owners, GMs, IT Directors, and purchasing teams.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Required Skill & Qualification

• 3 – 5 years of experience in Business Development, Lead Generation, or IT Sales (hospitality experience preferred).
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Strong understanding of US / Canada market dynamics, especially the hotel industry sales.
• Ability to present technical services in a simple, business-friendly manner.
• Experience using AI tools and email automation tools.
