Business Development Executive – turnkey project

We are now expanding our Writing Board Division and looking for a Business Development Executive to join our growing team.

Job Location

Kalewadi Phata, near Jeewan Jyoti Hospital, PCMC, Pune, Maharashtra

Key Responsibilities

• Visit schools, colleges, shops, and institutions to promote our premium writing boards & notice boards.
• Identify and generate new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Collect and process new orders, ensuring smooth coordination with the operations team.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
• Provide feedback from the market to improve products and services.

Requirements

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred.
• Prior experience in sales/fieldwork/business development is an advantage (freshers with strong communication skills are welcome).
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and willing to travel locally.
• Good knowledge of the Pune/PCMC area is preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: ₹25,000 - 40,000
• Petrol allowance
