As a Business Development Executive at Universal Coaching Federation, you will play a crucial role in promoting, regulating, and transforming coaching practices in India. Operating from our office in Navi Mumbai, your responsibilities will involve new business development, lead generation, business communication, and account management. To excel in this role, you must possess New Business Development and Lead Generation skills to drive growth and expansion. Your Business Communication skills will be essential in effectively conveying our coaching framework and services to prospective clients. Account Management skills are necessary to maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure their needs are met satisfactorily. Your success in this position will also depend on your interpersonal and negotiation skills. The ability to work both collaboratively with team members and independently to achieve targets is crucial. While prior experience in the coaching industry is advantageous, it is not mandatory. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field will be beneficial in understanding and executing the responsibilities effectively.
