Business Development Executive – Trainee

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Business Development Executive – Trainee to join our growing sales team. This is a great opportunity for fresh graduates eager to start their careers in business development and sales within the IT and digital services industry.

You’ll receive hands-on training in lead generation, client communication, proposal writing, and working with platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, and PeoplePerHour.

Key Responsibilities:

• Learn and assist in identifying potential leads through freelancing platforms and market research.
• Support in drafting proposals and submitting bids on platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, etc.
• Communicate with prospects under the guidance of senior team members.
• Understand client needs and help align them with our services.
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather service-related inputs.
• Maintain records of outreach activities and prepare weekly training reports.

Eligibility & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Freshers from a technical background are preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Willingness to learn online sales strategies and proposal writing.
• Good analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Self-driven, punctual, and a team player.
