Job Description
We are looking for a Business Development Executive (Domestic IT Staffing) to expand our client base and strengthen business relationships in the Indian IT staffing market. The role involves identifying potential clients, pitching staffing services, and coordinating with internal recruitment teams to meet client requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities in Domestic IT Staffing.
Identify, approach, and build relationships with HR and Procurement Heads of IT companies.
Understand client requirements and coordinate with recruitment teams for successful delivery.
Manage end-to-end sales cycle prospecting, proposal, negotiation, and closure.
Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue and client acquisition targets.
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and client database.
Represent TimeCode Technologies at job fairs, client meetings, and networking events.
Desired Candidate Profile
26 years of experience in Domestic IT Staffing / Recruitment Sales / Client Acquisition.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Proven ability to generate leads and convert them into long-term clients.
Understanding of IT technologies and hiring trends.
Goal-oriented, self-driven, and ready to work in a fast-paced environment.
Education
Any Graduate / MBA in HR or Marketing preferred.
